A double end swivel designed to sit between your hanging hardware and your punching bag, allowing the bag to rotate freely in both directions during training. Without a swivel, repeated strikes cause the bag to spin and twist up the chain or straps above it. Over time this puts stress on the hardware and shortens its lifespan. The swivel eliminates that problem entirely, letting the bag move naturally while the connection point above stays clean and untwisted.
