need to hang one bag and give it sliding capability, all in one complete set. Unlike ceiling rail systems that slide bags side to side along the wall, this unit mounts to the wall with the rail running perpendicular — so the bag slides toward and away from the wall. This lets you push the bag flush against the wall when not in use, freeing up floor space in front of it without removing any hardware.
The railing reach from the wall is 120cm / 47", and the height of the rack is 46cm / 18". The wall-mount rack, railing, and carriage is sold as 1 complete set.
It's a great solution for smaller gyms or home training spaces that only need one bag station but still want the flexibility to reclaim floor space between sessions.
