The Rail and Ceiling Connector allows you to mount your FightBro sliding bag rail directly to the ceiling, which is the most space-efficient installation method for the system. Rather than using vertical support posts or wall-mounted brackets, this connector attaches the rail flush to the ceiling, keeping the setup clean and out of the way.
Each set consists of two metal plates with pre-drilled holes: one side bolts to the rail, and the other is drilled directly into the ceiling, securing the rail firmly in place overhead.
This is the recommended mounting option for gyms that want a minimal footprint and maximum floor clearance. That said, direct ceiling mounting requires a ceiling structure that can safely support the combined weight of the rail, carriages, and loaded punching bags.
