The FightBro F808 3D Agility Ball is a four-way suspended training tool designed to improve reflexes, timing, and movement efficiency. Measuring 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 cm (approximately 9.8 in x 9.8 in x 7.9 in) and constructed using Duron leather, it offers a professional training surface with long-term durability.
Unlike a traditional double-end bag, the 3D Agility Ball is secured from four directions using elastic bungees. This creates movement and makes it ideal for developing reaction speed, precision striking, and defensive slipping. The ball can be installed inside a boxing ring using the corner posts, and the bungees also function as slip ropes during movement drills.
Designed to be used by one or multiple athletes at the same time, it is perfect for drilling fundamentals such as head movement, distance control, footwork, and strike timing. It complements any boxing ring setup and offers lightweight, high-frequency training without requiring heavy equipment.
