Ring / Cage

For most training gyms, a cage in the 16 to 20ft (5-6m) range fits a mid-sized space while leaving room for other equipment, while competition setups typically run 24 to 30ft (7-9m) to match professional event standards. Plan roughly 3ft of clearance around the cage for safe movement, and confirm ceiling height if you're considering an elevated platform. FightBro manufactures cages in multiple sizes including custom dimensions, so gyms can match the footprint to their actual floor plan rather than forcing a standard size into the wrong space.

For most training gyms, a 4m to 5m (13 to 16.5ft) ring is the sweet spot, providing enough sparring space while fitting a mid-sized floor plan. Smaller 3m to 3.5m (10 to 11.5ft) rings suit personal training, youth programs, and tight spaces, while competition rings typically run 6m (20ft) and up. Keep in mind that ring sizes refer to the overall footprint, and as a rule of thumb the usable area inside the ropes is about 2ft shorter on each dimension. Measure your available floor space against the overall size, with clearance around the outside for coaches and movement. FightBro rings come in standard sizes from 3m to 5m with custom sizes up to 7m, and the Foldable Ring lets space-limited gyms fold the ring away entirely between sessions.
